An experience of contribution, participatory research, collaborative learning aimed at creating value(s) both for the beneficiary communities and the participating partners (companies, institutions, etc.)

The methodology used was built in a pragmatic and incremental way on managerial tools such as concrete and simple project planning (Ikigai, business planning among others), personal development tools such as sophrology, NLP, visualization tools, projection but before all about concrete life practices.

Research Project in 2021 : Refaire Entreprise Post Covid, Institut des Mines with Veolia, BNP Paribas, Allianz

Marc-Antoine Diego GUIDI's intervention between June 2021 and December 2021 helped us look at the different facets of the impact of the Covid crisis on 2020 and 2021 in our organizations. His observations opened a space for sharing, observing, and reflecting the emergence of new practices in our company. Sharing round tables with other companies is also an important innovative and inspiring element for us brought by this project.
